Shipping policy

Delivery cost: Nationwide delivery $9NZD + $6 for Rural delivery 

Free shipping on all orders over $250 

Delivery time frames:

Below are the usual time frames, we ship all orders within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4pm daily will be processed the next working day. Please note we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date. This is a guideline only as sometimes the post takes longer due to many things out of our control. Tracking information can be found on the NZ Post link we send you once the package has been sent. 

North Island: 1-3 working days

South Island: 2-4 working days 

Rural delivery: Please allow an additional 1 working days for delivery. An extra $6 will be added for all rural deliveries.

Damages: If your parcel arrives damaged, please report this within 24 hours. All original packaging must be kept in order for us to make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.

Non delivery: All no-delivery’s must be reported within 10 days of dispatch.
